Discover The Energy and Grace of Dance

  The energy and grace of dance builds health and confidence in the dancer.  Dance is movement through space and time, an artistic expression  which exists for a moment, only to disappear in the transition to the next movement through space and time. In this movement, dance enhances coordination and flexibility, extending the body's health throughout life

     Anyone can dance; everyone, young and old, can benefit from the physical, mental, and social exercise of dance. Stephanie Jaworowicz has been dancing since age three, and brings an infectious and entertaining energy to her performances and instructional classes. She is available for group or individual sessions, with patience accented by a professional's attention to small detail, as is appropriate to her student's needs.
